                             RESOLUTION NO.   21024 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
                  CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ENTER INTO THE
                  ATTACHED  MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
                  CHATTANOOGA NEIGHBORHOOD ENTERPRISE, INC.,
                  RELATIVE TO MORRISON SPRINGS APARTMENTS, AND
                  ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CLOSE THE LOAN
                  CONTEMPLATED BY SAID MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	
      
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance
       Officer be and is hereby authorized to enter into the attached
       Management Agreement relative to Morrison Springs Apartments and
       all documents necessary to close the loan contemplated by said
       Management Agreement.
